Discover Happiness
There is an energetic Universal shift occurring! Millions are feeling change like never before. Specifically, women are feeling inspired to question their purpose. This awakening, or awareness has everyone asking how to feel happy while living their full potential. Now is the time to embrace who you are and discover how you can expand your purpose living happy, healthy and wealthy.
Awareness is like giving birth. Once you’ve delivered a child there is no turning back. Your child has experienced its’ first breath and life’s begun. As a parent you have carved out a future of nurturing your child. As a parent you become fully aware this bundle of energy is your responsibility. Your love is unconditional as is theirs. You have a bond for life. Together there will be many moments of happiness. Will you choose to embrace happiness?
Everything in your life is a choice, or the result of a choice made which you’ve accepted as your own. You can choose to find happiness each day, or you can choose fear, anger, overwhelm. Babies are naturally happy. They giggle, laugh, smile and feel joy in the small things. Their cries are simply an expression of pain or hunger. Fear, anger, overwhelm are negative emotions they learn from their surroundings later in life.
We’re all our our own “deliberate creators” of our emotional experiences by choosing how, what, when, where and why we want to feel. Attracting positive energy and ignoring negativity is a better feeling. If you’re looking for happiness you only need to stop focusing on what’s not working in your life and focus on what makes you feel happy.
Align & surround yourself with others who live with positive beliefs. The more aware you become of how you want to feel and why you aren’t in that vibration more often the more opportunity you have to change what’s not working. Don’t ignore your awareness. Raise it like you’d raise a child. Embrace it and nourish it. Try laughing more often. Find humor and joy and appreciate even the smallest blessings. Stare adversity in the face and decide how to accept it for what it is and let it go.
Feeling less than happy is a choice. It can become habit. It is not your natural state. Allow happiness to become the emotion you choose to feel more often. People in third world countries can be happy for no reason. They appreciate we many of us take for granted. Discover happiness in every moment and become happy.
If you are reading this as a single parent looking for happiness know that you can have it. You deserve to feel happy. You matter in the scheme of life. Accept where you are right now and begin to make more empowering choices to change what was into what could be. Lose the excuses, blame, anger and tension as it serves no purpose. You can’t change anyone else, only yourself. Will you choose to embrace happiness?
Live happy, healthy and wealthy appreciating what you do have and want more of while letting go of what you don’t want.
