What do these 3 things have in common?
For many, the term life coaching is a new concept, but hiring a personal coach to improve specific areas in your life is not only essential in business, but in your personal life.
We all need someone to reflect what we communicate through body language, our thoughts and feelings.
An experienced coach :
• reflects back to you, that which holds you in resistance to achieving all that you desire.
• resonates with you
• supports and assists you in creating a crystal clear vision of what you really want in your life.
• encourages you to take the necessary action to create the solid foundation required in re-structuring your life and/or business.
• Holds you accountable to following through with the action steps to move forward to achieve your goals.
• Mirrors back to you what you know within yourself, but often will not openly admit.
• Celebrates in your successes.
Good coaching is not advising or consulting, although if you desire advice it can be given. Good coaching aligns with your specific best interests in supporting you to remain on track.
Successful business people have mentors that have inspired them at one time or another. Successful people know that education and on-going training are necessary to stay competitive and ahead of the game.
Coaching offers the same perspective as a good mentor, but is looking in from the outside and is not emotionally involved with your past excuses. Coaching is having your own personal trainer, who holds your success first and foremost.
We all have areas of resistance, fear, and we have bad habits that hold us back from achieving all that we are capable of. Having a coach to reflect to you where that resistance may be, offering you the “aha” moments that give you the break-throughs you need to move forward, will change your life for the better.
I am tagged as the “divorce renovator” coach for single parents to heal after divorce. I am passionate about helping children and teens to not feel responsible for their parents’ divorce, and in supporting them to not only heal from the effects of the divorce, but to know themselves and the abundance of opportunities they have for their future.
Aside from the niche of divorce coaching I am a life coach and business coach that supports and works directly with my clients to empower them with self confidence and the wisdom of knowing their true purpose in life. As a business woman myself, having owned 3 companies and taken numerous courses in online marketing and social media. I will assist my clients in discovering strategies that best serve their needs to become a successful entrepreneur.
You are meant to live in happiness. Work at what you enjoy doing. Play and feel passionate about your life. Do not lose sight of your true purpose. Seek the guidance in re-discovering the child within you to find your joy. Live in the abundance of opportunities with excitement and enthusiasm.
Do not make excuses. Do not blame. Do not criticize or condemn. Take responsibility. Take action. Be accountable.
Investing in your emotional and mental health with a one on one coaching program will allow you to create a crystal clear vision of how your future will be when you focus. Take action with 100% commitment. Trust in yourself and the universe.
