Anxiety In Children – Telling The Truth

Often anxiety in children is simply miscommunication when telling the truth is all they need to hear.  Telling the truth with compassion, empathy, understanding and love is much more effective than ‘protecting or shielding your child’ from what you, the parent are afraid to say.
